How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
Therapy is a collaborative relationship where you should feel safe, respected, and supported. It is deeply personal, and how you feel in the relationship matters more than whether we seem like a match on paper. I offer a free consultation so that we can connect and assess whether we are a good fit to work together. If it feels right, we can meet for a session and see how things unfold from there.
How do I make an appointment?
Contact me by phone, email, or use the contact form below.
Do you offer sessions in person or online?
Both. I offer virtual sessions through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform and in person sessions are offered at my office in Solana Beach, CA. You have the choice to meet virtually, in-person, or a blend of both.
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently out-of-network with insurance plans. If you have a PPO plan and want to submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement, I can give you a receipt or submit a claim on your behalf to help facilitate reimbursement. Please note that submitting an insurance claim means I will need to give you a mental health diagnosis. If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to ask for more information.

How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50, 75, or 90 minutes in length. Most people meet for 50 minute sessions for psychotherapy. Breathwork and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions may be longer to allow the space for the depth of these experiences.
How often will we meet?
Meeting at least once weekly is recommended in the beginning so that we can strengthen our relationship and create momentum towards your goals. Therapy is a dynamic process and you may choose to meet more or less frequently throughout the process depending on your progress, needs and circumstances.
